• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following details carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• In its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:

• Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item.
3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees for exchanges will be charged unless the original item was defective or incorrect.
